For the Above picture, I wanted to make him look grungy, dark, post apocalyptic. Harsh shadow behind him, made me feel like it brought more drama to his appearance and with just enough catch light in his eyes to look human, I still wanted that dead - zombieish look. Cause Zombie.

Again, think creepy, dark, zombie. For this we messed around with just one light and put it behind the subject who was behind a while reflector circle. The shadows that came through were amazing!
This looks like a scene from the deleted scenes of World War Z when the main character is hiding in the basement and a zombie presses up against the clouded glass and sniffs for the human.
