ArtPrize to me means that artists of different forms/means
come together in our city to show the public their creations and to win the
grand prize of $200,000. There is no right or wrong to what art is and means. Artists
use different methods to demonstrate what their talent is through paintings,
sculptures, music, video, photography and etc. and show their work from the
most elaborate to the most simplest during the day and night for 3 weeks throughout
Downtown Grand Rapids.
