Two long exposure images that were inspired by the work of Frank Gilbreth, who experimented with light and movement - also known as "light painting". These images are example of my experiment with light painting with a long exposure, movement and glow sticks.

The photographer I was inspired by was Edward Steichen and his composition of photographs known as "The Family of Man". The concept "mankind is one" is honest, relevant, and motivating. Humanity all feels the same emotions and experience similar feelings in variant scenarios.

The photographer who inspires me the most is Walker Evans. Through his works, I realize that lettering and signs are very important to us. There are infinite possibilities both decorative in itself and as popular art. Walker Evans once said that "I'd like to be a letterer," so we can understand how it has a huge influence on his photography.

The person that inspired was Walker Evans. He took pictures of people during the Great Depression, and his goal of being a photographer was to be "literate, authoritative, transcendent."

The photographer that I chose was Frank Gilbreth who was experimented early on with capturing motion with light. Likewise, I experimented with long exposure and how I could track movement. I also experimented with created snapshots of positions with long exposure and tracked movement in that way.
